What is new with SAFe LPM 5.1
General Course Improvements
- All content has also been aligned with changes made to the Scaled Agile Framework Big Picture 5.1.
- Added a new lesson topics slide in each module so it can be decoupled from lesson objectives.
- Lesson topics are now used for the section headings.
- Lesson objectives have been refactored so that they are more realistic and measurable.
- Updated SAFe Collaborate Digital Classroom templates.
Version 5.1 SAFe LPM modifies the class from 3 days to 2 days with an optional Lean Portfolio Management Workshop on day 3. Other fixes include grammar/spelling, new support for remote activities, and new lesson flow. There is no change in the position of the class on the Implementation Roadmap.
