REFUND and General POLICY

​

  • A full refund will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days from the start of the training course, with a $100 processing charge.

  • If you cannot attend a future class, we will refund half the fee charged within 8-14 days of notifying us.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days from the start of the course.

  • You may not substitute another session of the same course or another student to fill your spot.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone especially the difficult students/customers who disturb the session. Instructors have the right to exclude a student from the class session in which that student is being disruptive. Refunds will not be issued if an attendee is removed from a class.

  • Instructors have the right to exclude a student from the class if the student is disrespectful or disruptive.
